Items are held for 7 days UK / 14 days elsewhere. Full money back guarantee if items are faulty (these must be returned within 7 days UK / 14 days outside UK).
Returning items for any other reason will incur a £3.00 administration charge, deducted from your repayment.
Items returned must be returned in the same condition as they were despatched, preferably in original packaging so they do not get damaged.
Items paid for by P.O. / Cash / Eurocheque / IMO's are despatched same or next day.
Items paid for by UK cheques are despatched as soon as the cheque has cleared (usually 5 working days).
